After a 5 year hiatus Brown Roots Collective has been revived. A collaborative outfit of musicians, singers, and storytellers of Oceanic descent.
A powerhouse lineup of international, national and local talent including Harpist Natalia Mann, Mark Vanilau, Grace Vanilau, Nala Taukilo, Josephine Inia and Micka Taukilo. In a power filled presentation of original compositions, poetry in motion, ancient chants and soaring vocals, honouring the music and stories of their ancestors past and present.
